I declare that the information provided to Emergency First Aid Pty Ltd in application for study is to the best of my knowledge true, correct and

complete at the time of my enrolment/application.

All applications for refunds must be made in writing by way of the ‘Application for Refund Form’ and submitted to Student Administration.

Approved applications will be processed within 14 days from the date of application.

The assessment of refund applications shall be granted as indicated in Terms and Conditions in Student Handbook (Page 11).
